All complaints and suggestions can be directed to the Practice Manager in writing, Ms N Reid, by you or your representative, and we will be pleased to respond accordingly.

We provide a confidential service to all our patients, including under 16's.

This means that you can tell others about this visit, but we won't.

Our amazing receptionists and care navigators continue to face abuse by our patients daily.


Our team is doing their very best for you. The fault is with the N.H.S,the lack of appointments and high demand are not the responsibility of hard working reception staff.

Bootle Village Surgery has a Zero Tolerance Policy. Any patient who continues to behave in this manner will receive a written warning that may result in removal from our practice list.
